Privacy policy

What data do we collect?

When creating an invitation we collect: your email (to send you the link), the event details you fill in the form (date, venue, names, message) and payment information processed directly by Mercado Pago or Lemon Squeezy — we do not store card data.

When your guests confirm attendance, we store their name, whether they attend, number of guests and optional message.

How do we use your data?

• Publish and display your digital invitation
• Send you the link and access to the guest panel
• Process payment through Mercado Pago / Lemon Squeezy

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Cookies and local storage

We use localStorage to save your invitation draft while editing and your language preference. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

How long do we keep your data?

Your invitation data is automatically deleted 30 days after the event date. You can request deletion earlier by writing to us at hola@cartita.net.

Payments

Payments are processed by Mercado Pago (for ARS) and Lemon Squeezy (for USD). These services have their own privacy policies. We only receive payment confirmation, not your card data.
